Jalapeno Pecan Pesto

- 4 large jalapenos - about 2/3 cup, seeds and membrane removed shopping list
- 1/2 C shredded parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/3 C packed chopped parsley shopping list
- 1/3 C pecans shopping list
- 1/3 C extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 Tbs lemon zest shopping list
- juice of 1 lemon - about 3 Tbs shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic shopping list
How to make it
- Rough chop everything and mix in food processor
