Citrus Ginger Strip Steaks

- 1/2 cup orange marmalade shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 1/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 2 tsp dried thyme shopping list
- 1 tsp dried basil shopping list
- 1 tsp dried chives shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil shopping list
- 2 tbsp orange juice shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp orange peel, freshly grated shopping list
- 1 tsp ground ginger shopping list
- 2 garlic clove shopping list
- 4 new york strip steak or filet shopping list
How to make it
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients except steak until well combined.
- Combine 1 cup marinade and steaks in an airtight container and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
- Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade.
- Preheat grill to medium.
- Remove beef from marinade and grill 10 to 12 minutes each side or until beef reaches desired doneness.
- Baste meat frequently with the reserved marinade for maximum flavor.
