Ingredients

1lb ground beef

1/2c chopped onion

1 can(16 oz.) stewed tomatoes

1 lg. green pepper,chopped

1/2 c uncooked long grain rice

1/2 c. water

2 tsp. worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

4 oz. shreaded cheddar cheese

Directions

In skillet,brown beef and drain. Transfer to greased 2Qt. casserole. Add next 8 ingredients, cover and bake at 350 for about an hour. Make sure rice is tender. Uncover,sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for 5 mins.
