Porchetta Panini

- 4 slices (½” thick) Italian country bread shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- 6 oz thinly sliced porchetta shopping list
- 3 T. olive tapenade shopping list
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 2 slices onion shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat panini grill.
- On 2 slices of bread place one slice of cheese, pork, olive mix, onion and remaining cheese. Top with remaining bread.
- Brush outsides lightly with oil.
- Place on panini grill. Grill 2 to 3 min or until golden and cheese starts to melt.
