Salmon confit

- 2 pounds of salmon filet without skin shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups of olive oil shopping list
- 5 tablespoons of capers shopping list
- 1/2 a bunch of parsley finely chopped shopping list
- 1garlic clove finely chopped shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- juice of 1 lemon shopping list
How to make it
- Put the salmon in a baking dish.
- Add the rest of the ingredients exept the lemon juice
- Put in the oven at 200 for 40 minutes
- When it comes out add lemon juice
- This dish has to be cooked very slowly and it should come out medium rare. It can be served hot or cold.
