Salmon Confit Recipe
This dish is very versatil,you can change capers for diced serrano chiles,and the parsil for cilantro.

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds of salmon filet without skin
  • 1 1/2 cups of olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons of capers
  • 1/2 a bunch of parsley finely chopped
  • 1garlic clove finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Directions
  1. Put the salmon in a baking dish.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients exept the lemon juice
  3. Put in the oven at 200 for 40 minutes
  4. When it comes out add lemon juice
  5. This dish has to be cooked very slowly and it should come out medium rare. It can be served hot or cold.
