This is a nice spin on the basic cookie. Simple and quick when your needing a last minute yummy cookie. If your looking for a change this one might be right up your coconut! sorry couldn't help that one.

Ingredients
  • 1 Box Coconut Cake mix (any brand)
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
  2. Cool and enjoy.
  3. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes depending on how chewy you like them.
  4. Good luck!
