Salty Celeriac with Maple - Cranberry Glaze

- 1 medium celery root (about 24oz) shopping list
- 2 tbsp sea salt shopping list
- 2 tbsp whole-berry cranberry sauce shopping list
- 3 tbsp maple syrup shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Trim, peel and cut celery root into long strips (about the width of fries).
- Toss with salt and add to a lightly sprayed baking sheet.
- Roast for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Increase heat to 400˚F.
- Combine cranberry sauce and syrup, drizzle over roasted strips.
- Roast for further 10 minutes, and serve immediately
