How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Trim, peel and cut celery root into long strips (about the width of fries).
  • Toss with salt and add to a lightly sprayed baking sheet.
  • Roast for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Increase heat to 400˚F.
  • Combine cranberry sauce and syrup, drizzle over roasted strips.
  • Roast for further 10 minutes, and serve immediately
