Easy Cheesecake

- Crumb Crust shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups crumbs (I use GF animal crackers) shopping list
- 6 tablespoons butter or margarine at room temperature shopping list
- Filling shopping list
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- For Crumb Crust:
- Mix the crumbs and butter or margarine in a small bowl. Make sure the crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture into a pie plate as even a possible. Bake five minutes or until slightly browned. Or, chill until firm instead of baking.
- For Filling:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add all ingredients to blender. (I make this with the Magic Bullet...) Mix until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the crumb crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes (until set). Remove and refrigerate. I like it best served cold!
