How to make it

  • For Crumb Crust:
  • Mix the crumbs and butter or margarine in a small bowl. Make sure the crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture into a pie plate as even a possible. Bake five minutes or until slightly browned. Or, chill until firm instead of baking.
  • For Filling:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add all ingredients to blender. (I make this with the Magic Bullet...) Mix until smooth.
  • Pour the filling into the crumb crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes (until set). Remove and refrigerate. I like it best served cold!
