Egg Dish Recipe
This is my hubby's favorite breakfast casserole.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage
  • 2 - 3 slices Heavy Bread, cubed
  • 6 - 8 Eggs, Large
  • 1 tbsp Ground Mustard
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese (like sharp cheddar)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325oF.
  2. Cook sausage and drain fat.
  3. Put cubed bread into 9x13" pan which has ben sprayed with non-stick spray.
  4. Placed cooked sausage on top of bread. Mix slightly beat eggs, milk and ground mustard together in a bowl. Pour over sausage and bread in the pan.
  5. Top with shredded cheese. Let set overnight if possible (in fridge).
  6. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
