How to make it

  • prepare water dough and fat dough separately
  • each dough divide into 18 equal parts wrapped the fat dough into the water dough
  • flatten individual dough with rolling pin rolled the pin up and down
  • then roll flatten dough to form a bun
  • mold bun into bowl shaped put the lotus paste in to the bowl and seal it up.
  • make the mold in an oval shape
  • snipe v shape for the ears n tail.
  • use black sesame for eyes
  • brush with egg wash
  • bake for 200c for 10-15 mins
