Almond Pudding with Orange-Cardamom Syrup

- 50 g potato starch or rice starch shopping list
- 650 ml milk shopping list
- 80 g sugar shopping list
- 100 g almond shopping list
- 1 teaspoon rose water shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 2 oranges shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk potato starch with 100 ml milk.
- Cook the rest of the milk with 50 g sugar and as soon as it starts to boil add potato starch mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add grated almond, rose water and cinnamon.
- After it is cooled down leave for 2 hours in the fridge.
- Cook the juice of one orange with the rest of the sugar and cardamom to a sirup.
- Add orange fillets to the syrup and serve on top of the pudding.
