How to make it

  • Whisk potato starch with 100 ml milk.
  • Cook the rest of the milk with 50 g sugar and as soon as it starts to boil add potato starch mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add grated almond, rose water and cinnamon.
  • After it is cooled down leave for 2 hours in the fridge.
  • Cook the juice of one orange with the rest of the sugar and cardamom to a sirup.
  • Add orange fillets to the syrup and serve on top of the pudding.
