Ingredients

1 bag of broccoli pieces, frozen

about 2 lbs of small lean beef cuts, our store calls it their weight watcher beef stew.

3 onions, chopped

1 bag of shredded mixed cheese or velvetta

1 TBSP of canola oil

Directions

Simple simple. I put in a deep frying pan about 1 TBSP of canola oil, onions and cook until onions are starting to clear, Add beef, brown and add about 1/2 c. water, cover and simmer on med high for about 15 min. Add broccoli, allow to cook down for about 15 mins. Toss in cheese and serve :).
