Lime Chiffon Pie

- 2/3 cup boiling water shopping list
- 1 pkg Light lime Jello shopping list
- ice cubes shopping list
- 1/2 cup cold water shopping list
- juice and grated peel of lime shopping list
- 1 cup thawed Light Cool Whip Topping shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup honey Maid Graham Crumbs (or premade crust) shopping list
- 2 tbsp soften margarine shopping list
How to make it
- Stir the boiling water into dry jelly powder in a large bowl for at least 2 minutes.
- Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 cup.
- Add to jelly mix; stir until the ice is completely melted.
- Stir in the lime peel and juice; add the whipped topping and stir with a wire whisk.
- Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture will mound.
- If not using pre-made crust, mix crumbs and margarine into a 9 inch pie plate. Press into the bottom and up the sides to form crust.
- Fill with the jelly mix.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
