How to make it
- Cut up cauliflower into small pieces & place in a pot of salted water & bring to a boil.
- Slice garlic cloves directly into the pot.
- Boil until the cauliflower is tender.
- Drain the water & leave the pot on the stove so the extra liquid evaporates.
- Chop the avocado & add it to the pot & mash.
- Add S&P to taste.
