Brie Pinwheel

- 5 pound wheel of ripe brie shopping list
- 1 cup chopped walnuts shopping list
- 1 cup chopped fresh dill shopping list
- 1/2 cup poppy seeds shopping list
- 1 cup chopped watercress shopping list
- 1 cup slivered almonds shopping list
- 1 cup chopped chives shopping list
How to make it
- Cut off top rind of the brie.
- Lightly mark the top of the cheese into four pie shaped wedges with a knife.
- Divide each wedge into three more wedges again marking lightly.
- Sprinkle half the walnuts onto one of the wedge shaped areas and press gently into surface.
- Repeat process with half of each of remaining ingredients proceeding in order around wheel.
- Allow brie to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
