How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 300oF. Butter and flour 8" square pan (or line with foil, which is then sprayed with non-stick spray).
  • Beat eggs at medium speed until fluffy and light yellow. Add in both sugars and beat until well combined.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix to combine (do not over mix).
  • Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Remove and let cool in pan. Cut into 9 squares.
