Ingredients
- 1 tin caramel treat
- 1oog tennis,or any coconut bscuit,crushed
- 1 slab mint choc
- 250ml fresh cream,whipped
- choc. for decorating
Directions
- beat caramel treat till smooth
- add grated choc. and biscuits
- fold in cream
- put into glasses
- top with choc.
- chill
