Ingredients
  • 6-8 crepes,keep warm ginger garlic paste
  • 2 cups chicken fillet ,cubed
  • 2 tspn chilli pwd
  • 1/4 tspn tumeric powd
  • 1/2 tspn black pepper
  • 1 tspn coriander and cumin pwd
  • 1 small onion ,chopped
  • white sauce
  • cheese,grated
  • 1 tspn flour
  • sliced tomatoes
  • paprika for sprinkling

Directions
  1. saute onoins
  2. add spices
  3. add chicen,medium heat
  4. add paste
  5. once chicken is cooked add flour to thicken gravy
  6. spoon onto crepes
  7. fold into a small parcel
  8. put in casserole
  9. pour over white sauce
  10. sliced tomatoes
  11. and cheese
  12. sprinkle with paprika
  13. and put under grill till cheese melts
