How to make it

  • Procedure:
  • 1.) Blanch all vegetables in hot water for 2-3 minutes. Half cooked is good. Refresh it by running cold
  • water. Let rest in chiller.
  • 2.) For sauce, put all ingredients in a blender, except oil, whirl it until puree. In low speed, gradually add oil.
  • 3.) Put sauce in a mixing bowl and toss the blanched veggies until well covered with sauce.
  • - Serve with seared tuna and crusted mashed potato. If you want sprinkle more chopped cashew nuts.
