How to make it

  • Butter 9x9x2 pan.
  • Spread pecans in pan.
  • Heat sugar and butter to boiling over medium low heat, stirring constantly, for 7 min.
  • Immediately spread mixture evenly over nuts in pan.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips over hot mixture.
  • Place baking sheet over pan so chocolate will melt.
  • Spread melted chocolate over candy.
  • Cut while hot.
  • Chill until firm.
