Quick, easy to make casserole. Makes a great meal with cornbread.

Ingredients
  • 1 smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 pint tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 c rice
  • 1 can read beans
  • shredded cheese

Directions
  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Mix all ingredients except cheese.
  3. Put in casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  5. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
