How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, teriyaki sauce and dry mustard.
  • Spray an 8x8" baking dish with a non-stick spray
  • Put 1/2 of the sauce into the bottom of the dish
  • Place the chicken breasts on top of the sauce
  • Cover the chicken with the remaining sauce
  • Bake uncovered for 40 mins, or until the chicken is done
  • This is also good on top of rice served with a side vegatable.
