How to make it

  • Drain and chop artichoke hearts
  • in a mixer whip cream cheese and milk until soft and fluffy
  • add artichokes, cheese and seasonings
  • heat oil and saute chopped jalepenos until tender
  • add to mixture and blend by hand
  • heat at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes
  • serve with pita chips or french baguette
