Artichoke Dip

- 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese ( softened) shopping list
- 2 tblsp milk shopping list
- 2 cans of artichoke hearts( not marinated)chopped shopping list
- 2 C grated parmesaen cheese shopping list
- 2 jalepenos seeded and dice very fine shopping list
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- one grind of fresh ground pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tblsp oil shopping list
How to make it
- Drain and chop artichoke hearts
- in a mixer whip cream cheese and milk until soft and fluffy
- add artichokes, cheese and seasonings
- heat oil and saute chopped jalepenos until tender
- add to mixture and blend by hand
- heat at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes
- serve with pita chips or french baguette
