Turkey Meatloaf With Pesto And Spinach Recipe
For a delicious twist on the traditional meatloaf, try this turkey version. Prepared pesto and oregano add lots of flavor.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1/2 cup low carb bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons prepared pesto
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1 garlic cloves, pushed through a press
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, combine turkey and spinach until well blended. Mix in remaining ingredients.
  2. Transfer mixture to a loaf pan. Bake 45-50 minutes, until an instant read thermometer inserted in center registers 160F. Cool 5 minutes before cutting into slices.
