Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey

1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed

1/2 cup low carb bread crumbs

1 egg, beaten

3 tablespoons prepared pesto

1/4 cup cream

1 garlic cloves, pushed through a press

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Heat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, combine turkey and spinach until well blended. Mix in remaining ingredients.

Transfer mixture to a loaf pan. Bake 45-50 minutes, until an instant read thermometer inserted in center registers 160F. Cool 5 minutes before cutting into slices.
