Super Sweet Cheeecake Suprise

- Crust: shopping list
- 1 cup cookie crumbs, NILLA Wafers shopping list
- 3 Tbsp butter or margarine shopping list
- 2 Tbsp sugar shopping list
- cheesecake Batter: shopping list
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA neufchatel cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN sour cream shopping list
- Batter Flavorings: shopping list
- 3 squares BAKER'S Premium White baking chocolate, melted and cooled slightly shopping list
- Toppings or Garnishes: shopping list
- When using as a topping, add over unbaked cheesecake batter. When using as a garnish, add over chilled baked cheesecake. shopping list
- 2/3 cup Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed shopping list
- 1/2 square BAKER'S Semi-Sweet baking chocolate, coarsely chopped or melted and drizzled shopping list
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips shopping list
How to make it
- CRUST:
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line 8-inch square baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan.
- Mix Crust ingredients; press onto bottom of prepared pan.
- Bake 10 min.
- BATTER:
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer until well blended.
- Mix in Batter Flavorings.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended.
- Pour over crust.
- TOPPINGS:
- Add Toppings.
- BAKING:
- Bake 40 min or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
- Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
