I made this on creamchesse.com. I wanted this recipe to be as sweet as possible since everyone has a s weet tooth!

Ingredients
  • Crust:
  • 1 cup cookie crumbs, NILLA Wafers
  • 3 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • Cheesecake Batter:
  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • Batter Flavorings:
  • 3 squares BAKER'S Premium White Baking Chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
  • Toppings or Garnishes:
  • When using as a topping, add over unbaked cheesecake batter. When using as a garnish, add over chilled baked cheesecake.
  • 2/3 cup COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 1/2 square BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, coarsely chopped or melted and drizzled
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions
  1. CRUST:
  2. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line 8-inch square baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan.
  3. Mix Crust ingredients; press onto bottom of prepared pan.
  4. Bake 10 min.
  5. BATTER:
  6. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer until well blended.
  7. Mix in Batter Flavorings.
  8. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended.
  9. Pour over crust.
  10. TOPPINGS:
  11. Add Toppings.
  12. BAKING:
  13. Bake 40 min or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
  14. Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
