How to make it

  • Cook your rice according to directions (approximately 20 minutes if using long grain)
  • While rice is doing its thing, melt butter in large skillet, when melted, fry up your mushrooms
  • Once mushrooms have become soft, add shrimp
  • When shrimp thaws and becomes soft, add everything else
  • Note: If you are using fresh shrimp, you may need to add water to above step, use your judgement
  • Simmer until rice is finished
  • Serve your creation over rice
