Never Fail Pie Crust

- 1 3/4 cups flour shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 cup Crisco shopping list
- 1/4 cup flour shopping list
- 1/3 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- Blend the flour, salt and shortening until crumbly.
- Then make a paste of the 1/4 cup of flour and 1/3 cup of water.
- Pour paste mixture onto crumbly mixture.
- Mix and then roll out onto floured counter.
- Flour the rolling pin too.
- For single crust for soft pie: Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
- This makes a light, flaky, tender pie crust.
