Ingredients
  • If you've pan fried some steak then use the juices for this sauce, ideal to encorporate the flavours.
  • 2tbsp spanish Brandy
  • 150ml double cream
  • 75g Roquefort cheese crumbled

Directions
  1. Heat up the brandy (using to gather meat juices if previously pan fried steak).
  2. Add cream and bring to boil to reduce a little.
  3. Add the crumbled cheese and mash into the sauce with a wooden spoon.
  4. Taste for seasoning.
  5. Use.
  6. Enjoy!
