  • Beefeater Emerald Isle-tini
  • -----------------------------
  • 2 parts Beefeater Gin
  • 1 part simple syrup
  • 1 large mint leaf

Directions
  1. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with sprig of mint.
