It is so easy to dress up green beans! We love these!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb of fresh green beans or a 14 ounce bag will work
  • Sauce
  • 1/4 c orange juice
  • 1 tsp cornstach
  • 3 Tbl reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced

Directions
  1. Steam green beans until crisp tender
  2. Meanwhile
  3. In a 1 qt saucepan, mix all sauce ingredients until well blended
  4. Heat to boiling
  5. Reduce to low; simmer 1 to 2 minutes, stirring contantly, until thickened and clear
  6. Stir sauce into cooked green beans in a large bowl to coat them
  7. Enjoy!
