Spicy Asian Green Beans

- 1 lb of fresh green beans or a 14 ounce bag will work shopping list
- Sauce shopping list
- 1/4 c orange juice shopping list
- 1 tsp cornstach shopping list
- 3 Tbl reduced sodium soy sauce shopping list
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1 small garlic clove, minced shopping list
How to make it
- Steam green beans until crisp tender
- Meanwhile
- In a 1 qt saucepan, mix all sauce ingredients until well blended
- Heat to boiling
- Reduce to low; simmer 1 to 2 minutes, stirring contantly, until thickened and clear
- Stir sauce into cooked green beans in a large bowl to coat them
- Enjoy!
