Ingredients

300 g spelt wholemeal

90 ml buttermilk

1 egg

1 can tuna in oil (about 180 g)

Directions

Puree tune together with oil. Sift wholemeal in a bowl, add tunapuree, egg, buttermilk and knead a dough. Roll out about 6 mm and cut in pieces. I always use the device you see on the picture below, with that you can work really fast.

Bake for 25 minutes on 200°C.
