How to make it

  • So after the eggplant is cooked (over fire or in oven), peel and with a help of a flat wood "spoon" chop it.
  • Chop onions, add salt and pepper.
  • Mix with wooden spoon eggplant to it. Add as much oil so that it gets quite light green.
  • Serve lukewarm.

    OK. You said you like it w/ bread and maybe tomatoes. Like a sandwich? Appetizer?
    I am wondering what it would be like w/ eggs, and tomatoes and bread in some combo.
