How to make it
- So after the eggplant is cooked (over fire or in oven), peel and with a help of a flat wood "spoon" chop it.
- Chop onions, add salt and pepper.
- Mix with wooden spoon eggplant to it. Add as much oil so that it gets quite light green.
- Serve lukewarm.
