Chicken Pesto Pizza

- 1 low-carb pizza crust shopping list
- 1/4 cup prepared pesto shopping list
- 1 cup cooked chicken, cut into strips shopping list
- 1/2 roasted red bell pepper, cut into thin strips shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Italian-cheese blend shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425F. Adjust rack to just above center of oven.
- Place pizza crust on a baking sheet. Leaving a 1/2-inch border, spread pesto evenly over crust; top with chicken, pepper and cheese.
- Bake pizza until just golden around edges, about 8 minutes. Turn broiler to high, and broil until cheese is browned, about 2 minutes. Cut into 6 wedges, and serve immediately.
