Ingredients
  • 4 day-old slices honey oatmeal bread
  • 1/4 cup sweet condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 TBSP softened butter
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • Cooking Spray

Directions
  1. Mix all Ingredients, minus the bread, in one bowl
  2. Fully immerse bread in the bowl with the ingredients
  3. (make sure it doesn't get soggy though)
  4. Remove Immedietly
  5. Place "wet" bread in buttered/sprayed all-purpose pan
  6. Cover all purpose pan with a clear lid
  7. Turn on stove to a medium/low setting
  8. Cook each side for about 3-4 minutes
  9. (The bread is done when it's slightly firm again)
