Ingredients

2 tubes crescent rolls

1 pkg. cream cheese, softened

1 large can chicken in water, drained or about 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

broccoli florets chopped fine

minced onion

pimentos or red pepper, chopped (optional)

Directions

Remeber I never measure anything, so you will probably have a lot of filling left over!!!

Mix softened cream cheese, chicken, onion, broccoli and pimentos and/or red pepper in a bowl.

Roll out cresecnt rolls into a rectangle, cut rectangle in half to make two triangles.

Put some of the chicken mixture townard one end of one crescent roll triangle, fold rest of dough over chicken mixture to make a "packet". Press edges to seal.

Bake at whatever the crescent roll package says for temp & time.
