peach filled sponge

- sponge:250g butter,softened shopping list
- 2 cups castor sugar shopping list
- 5 eggs shopping list
- 2 1/2 cup self raising flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- filling:1 tin can peaches shopping list
- peach jam shopping list
- icing sugar for dusting or make syrup tp our over cake shopping list
How to make it
- cream butter and sugar
- add eggs
- sift flour
- add milk to make batter
- pour half batter into a greased round tin
- put peach slices and brush with jam
- pour rest of batter
- bake at 180 degrees til golden
- remove,cool,dust with icing sugar or pour syrup(dnt pour alot as this is a sponge cake and will absorb alot)
