How to make it

  • Heat oven to 180 degress C. 350 F.
  • Cook pasta and then toss it in the melted butter and line the bottom of you oven proof dish.
  • Fry onions and garlic in a thick based saucepan, until browned.
  • Add in the beef and fry until browned. Add in the mushrooms and fry for a further 5 minutes.
  • Add in chopped tomatos, oregano, salt, pepper, tomato puree, vinegar, maple syrup and chutney and cook for a further 10 minutes.
  • Put the meat mixture on top of the pasta.
  • Pour the white sauce evenly on top and then sprinkle the grated cheese.
  • Bake in oven for 40 minutes until the cheese is browned. Enjoy!!!
