How to make it

  • Grease 2 medium tart tins.
  • Roll the biscuits until very fine.
  • Mix with the butter.
  • Press down in the tart tins.
  • Place in fridge to set.
  • Beat the egg yolks well.
  • Beat in the condenced milk and lemon juice.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff points form.
  • Fold egg whites into condenced milk mixture.
  • Pour into crusts.
  • Bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 350 deg F (180 deg C).
  • Beat the cream until stiff points form.
  • Put on top of tart.
  • Serve.

    There was a great Boobie!!!! This recipe is on here twice. This one and the lemon cream tart is exactly the same. I think it may be a blonde thing....
