Lemon tart without the meringue, just the way I like it. Super easy.

Ingredients
  • 1packet marie bicuits or graham biscuits
  • 65 g butter, melted
  • 3 eggs, seperated
  • 1 can condenced milk
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (150 ml)
  • 250 ml cream

Directions
  1. Grease 2 medium tart tins.
  2. Roll the biscuits until very fine.
  3. Mix with the butter.
  4. Press down in the tart tins.
  5. Place in fridge to set.
  6. Beat the egg yolks well.
  7. Beat in the condenced milk and lemon juice.
  8. Beat the egg whites until stiff points form.
  9. Fold egg whites into condenced milk mixture.
  10. Pour into crusts.
  11. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 350 deg F (180 deg C).
  12. Beat the cream until stiff points form.
  13. Put on top of tart.
  14. Serve.

There was a great Boobie!!!! This recipe is on here twice. This one and the lemon cream tart is exactly the same. I think it may be a blonde thing....
