Lemon cream tart

- 1packet marie bicuits or graham biscuits shopping list
- 65 g butter, melted shopping list
- 3 eggs, seperated shopping list
- 1 can condenced milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (150 ml) shopping list
- 250 ml cream shopping list
How to make it
- Grease 2 medium tart tins.
- Roll the biscuits until very fine.
- Mix with the butter.
- Press down in the tart tins.
- Place in fridge to set.
- Beat the egg yolks well.
- Beat in the condenced milk and lemon juice.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff points form.
- Fold egg whites into condenced milk mixture.
- Pour into crusts.
- Bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 350 deg F (180 deg C).
- Beat the cream until stiff points form.
- Put on top of tart.
- Serve.
