Zesty Dijon Italian Cornish Hens Recipe
This dish goes well with roasted pine nut and garlic bread.Everyone that tasted it here in waterloo loves the dish.

Ingredients
  • 24 oz bottle of zesty italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup of dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup of lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons of teriyaki sauce
  • teaspoon of parsley flakes
  • 1/4 cup of minced onions
  • 4 pinches of garlic salt
  • 3 pinches of lemon pepper
  • 1/4 cup of veggie oil

Directions
  1. take all ingredients mix in a bowl
  2. pour mix into crookpot
  3. place hens in and cover
  4. cook on high for 30 minutes and base with mix
  5. slow cook for 1hr allows you time to get roasted pine nut together
  6. after one hour serve on top of roasted pinenut
  7. and mmmmmmm mmmmmmmmmm good!!!!!!!
