zesty dijon italian cornish hens Recipe

How to make it

  • take all ingredients mix in a bowl
  • pour mix into crookpot
  • place hens in and cover
  • cook on high for 30 minutes and base with mix
  • slow cook for 1hr allows you time to get roasted pine nut together
  • after one hour serve on top of roasted pinenut
  • and mmmmmmm mmmmmmmmmm good!!!!!!!
