How to make it

  • Fry bacon until crisp then remove from skillet.
  • Drain fat reserving 1 tablespoon.
  • Cook onion in reserved bacon fat.
  • Add Velveeta and milk then heat until melted.
  • Crumble bacon and add along with seasonings and beans.
  • Pour into casserole and top with croutons.
  • Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
