meatless vegetable soup

- 1/4 c. diced onion shopping list
- l garlic clove, minced shopping list
- 2 tsp. powdered chicken bouillon shopping list
- l med.zucchini, quartered lenghtwise, then thinly sliced. shopping list
- l med. carrot, thinly sliced shopping list
- 2 lg. tomatoes, seeded & chopped or l 14 oz. can, diced shopping list
- l T. fresh parsley or l tsp. dried shopping list
- 1/4 t. dried basil shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. fresh ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 c. water shopping list
How to make it
- Place onion, garlic and powdered bouillon in a small stock pot. Cover and cookover med. heat until onion is translucent.
- Add remaining ingredients, except water, cover and simmer 10 minutes,
- Add water and continue cooking to desired doneness, about 10 minutes more.
