These are very tasty. Juice, saucy and so good. We make this during the summer when we don't want to heat up the house. We have made them on a gas grill and on a charcoal grill and prefer it over hickory and charcoal. Enjoy.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 4 pounds pork spare ribs
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 onion sliced

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except for ribs, lemon and onion.
  2. Salt ribs and cook grill hood down 1 hour.
  3. Brush ribs with sauce and peg on lemons and onions.
  4. Continue to cook without turning 30-40 minutes brushing now and then with sauce.
