Easy Tetrazzini

I had some left over queso dip (the block of Velveeta cheese & Rotel tomatoes) and some ground chicken in the freezer & voila. Next time I will also add a can of mushrooms.
Ingredients
- Leftover cheese dip. (Mine was kinda on the spicy side.) shopping list
- ground chicken or turkey. (You could use that pre-cooked chicken or canned chicken) shopping list
- spaghetti shopping list
- Leftover crushed potato chips shopping list
- Shredded cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Boil pasta
- Brown meat & drain
- Mix cheese dip, pasta & meat.
- Place mixture in a casserole pan sprayed with Pam
- Bake 20 minutes @ 350
- Top with the chips & cheese & bake 10 more minutes
