Mocha Cloud Pie

This is a very easy to make dessert that is great to bring to a potluck or make for the family. Easy for kids to help too
Ingredients
- one roll of tollhouse cookie dough shopping list
- jar of marchmallow creme shopping list
- tub of whip cream shopping list
- chocolate bar and potatoe peeler to make curlies shopping list
- instant coffee or shot of espresso shopping list
- chocolate syrup shopping list
How to make it
- press cookie dough into pie pan to make "crust"
- bake till golden brown (approx 12 min read the package and keep an eye on it)
- mix marshmallow creme, whip cream, shot of espresso or dissolve a tbsp of instant coffee in a bit of hot water, a heavy squeeze of chocolate syrup into a bowl
- taste test....you may need more chocolate
- cool cookie in pie pan
- dump filling into cool cookie crust
- put in fridge and drizzle with chocolate syrup and chocolate curlies
- enjoy and be the envy of the office!
