Mocha Cloud Pie Recipe

Ingredients

one roll of tollhouse cookie dough

jar of marchmallow creme

tub of whip cream

chocolate bar and potatoe peeler to make curlies

instant coffee or shot of espresso

chocolate syrup

Directions

press cookie dough into pie pan to make "crust"

bake till golden brown (approx 12 min read the package and keep an eye on it)

mix marshmallow creme, whip cream, shot of espresso or dissolve a tbsp of instant coffee in a bit of hot water, a heavy squeeze of chocolate syrup into a bowl

taste test....you may need more chocolate

cool cookie in pie pan

dump filling into cool cookie crust

put in fridge and drizzle with chocolate syrup and chocolate curlies

enjoy and be the envy of the office!
