Got this recipe from a cook book that my Sister made for everyone in our Chruch for Christmas in 2007

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds of hamburger
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 ( 10 ounce ) can of beef gravy
- season salt
- pepper
Directions
- In bowl, combine beef, flour and egg, Add a pinch of season salt, and a pinch of pepper, mix well
- Shape into patties, Place into shallow baking dish
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
- Drain off all grease
- Pour beef gravy over patties, Bake another 20 minutes
- Serve with mashed potatoes, rice or noodles
