Perfect Buttercream Frosting

This is a great frosting for sugar cookies or a cake. It has a great taste to it.
Ingredients
- 3 cups powdered sugar shopping list
- 1/3 c softened butter shopping list
- 1 1/2 t vanilla shopping list
- 1-2 T. milk shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all together until creamy
