Lemon Cream Cheese Cake

- 1 package yellow cake mix shopping list
- 3/4 cup apricot nectar shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter softened shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 16 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1 cup flaked coconut shopping list
- Glaze: shopping list
- 2 cups sifted powdered sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons apricot nectar shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl combine cake mix, nectar, butter and eggs then beat well.
- Grease and flour a tube pan then spoon batter into pan.
- In small bowl combine all filling ingredients and beat until smooth.
- Spoon filling over batter in pan being careful not to let it touch sides of pan.
- Bake at 350 for 50 minutes then cool in pan for 30 minutes.
- Turn out on wire rack or serving platter and continue cooling.
- Combine all glaze ingredients and stir until smooth then drizzle over cake.
