How to make it

  • SMOKED SALMON
  • In a baking pan with a rack, add wood chips and herbs of choice under the rack
  • Rub the salmon fillets with salt and chilli oil and place on top of rack in baking pan
  • Cover tightly and cook on oven top on medium high for 5-6 minutes
  • SALSA
  • Combine all ingredients and dress with lime and olive oil
  • PRESENTATION (AS A STACK)
  • Salsa for base
  • Smoked salmon
  • Salsa on top
