Smoked Salmon and Salsa

- fresh herbs shopping list
- Atlantic salmon fillets shopping list
- salt shopping list
- chilli oil shopping list
- salsa shopping list
- tomatoes, deseeded and roughly sliced shopping list
- cucumber, skinned and diced shopping list
- lime juice shopping list
- Chillies, 3 different varieties, chopped shopping list
- spring onion, minced whites, greens finely chopped shopping list
- salt shopping list
- avocado diced (with lime juice to dress and stop browning) shopping list
- Good quality olive oil and extra lime juice shopping list
How to make it
- SMOKED SALMON
- In a baking pan with a rack, add wood chips and herbs of choice under the rack
- Rub the salmon fillets with salt and chilli oil and place on top of rack in baking pan
- Cover tightly and cook on oven top on medium high for 5-6 minutes
- SALSA
- Combine all ingredients and dress with lime and olive oil
- PRESENTATION (AS A STACK)
