How to make it

  • Crush the garlic and mix ewith the butter in a bowl
  • Add the parsley
  • Spread the butter on each slice of bread on one side
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet/griddle pan
  • Add the slices of bread to the pan unbuttered side down
  • Lightly fry the bread on the one side until the bottom is crispy and the butter starts to melt
  • Serve warm
