Wild Duck

- 1 duck shopping list
- 6 cups rhubarb shopping list
- 3 Tablespoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1 and 1/2 cups of honey or sugar(I like honey) shopping list
- water shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- 2 Tablespoon butter shopping list
- 2 Tablespoon flour shopping list
- 1 cup cold orange juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (I like honey) shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- Remove all the skin and all the fat from the duck
- Make a mixture of the rhubarb,cinnamon and honey
- Stuff duck with this mixture
- Place duck in deep pot with cover
- Using the left over mixture add to pot along with 1 cup water,making sure to cover all the duck
- Place in oven and roast until well done,Add a little water if there is any danger of the duck burning
- Remove from oven
- Make sauce; Place the butter in frying pan and melt until amost brown,add flour,mix well and cook a while,stirring.
- Add 1 cup of orange juice and 1 tablespoon of honey,blending well and cook until it begins to thicken,add salt.
- Salt the duck lightly and serve in small pieces,generously cover with sauce
